Data collection techniques involve in-depth interviews directly with respondents to obtain a large amount of information. Documentation studies archives, official records, which focus on research. The results of the research have shown that law enforcement is effective against child trafficking in Indonesia. The government has tried to eradicate human trafficking among children. Legal protection for victims of human trafficking has been regulated in Law No. 13 of 2006 in conjunction with Law No. 31 of 2014 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims and Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning Prevention of Human Trafficking. In accordance with Government Regulation No. 7 Regarding Compensation and Restitution in the Form of Assistance to Witnesses and Victims, regulations on the rights of children who are victims of human trafficking include restitution and compensation.
