This study applied a content analysis approach to explaining the concept of Arabic learning styles between two States of Islamic Universities and two States of Islamic institutions. Some results of this study are as follows. Third, the four state Islamic universities generally have the same methods of learning Arabic in Indonesia and use online media as an online learning tool during COVID-19.
